   PAYMENT :

• Payment through local bank (indonesia) or paypal (paypal only, not accepting credit card)

• Upfront payment. I will send an invoice after we deal wtih the commission details

• Refund is available under certain circumstances:

   REFUND POLICY :

• 50% refund if I am still in sketching process

• 20% refund if I am still in base coloring process

• 5% refund if I have moving on from base coloring process (shading & finshing) 

• Refund is not allowed if the commission piece is done

   WHAT I DO & DON'T DO :

• I only do human characters. human with animal ears & tails is ok but no animal/monster/machine

• I won’t do old man/woman, characters with big muscles

• No NSFW, gore, & other sensitive themes

   COMMISSION RULES :

• Each commission type has different rules, so, please read the rules :D

• Please fill the form & wait for a reply in 24 hours. The reply will be sent to your paypal email

• I can decline your commission if I’m not able to do it

• 2x revisions allowed, the rest will be charged (available in sketch phase only)

• Estimated time applies for 1 character. If there is more than 1 characters in 1 canvas, then the estimated time will be doubled

• I will inform & tell you if I need more time to finish your commission due to some certain issues

• You will get the high resolution of your commission being sent to your email (A4 max width/height 2500px 300dpi in png extension file)

   FORM: :

• commission style: Chibi-Sketchy Chibi, Colored Sketch-Rough Lineart-Fading Style, etc

• character reference: (if you dont have any images you can write a detailed description about your character *will cost extra)

• description: (about pose, expression, etc)

• background: white/transparent/simple color/pattern/detailed(if available)

• addition: (such as heavy armor, weapons, & wings *will cost extra)

   PROCESS UPDATE :

In each process, I will send you preview for revision & process update.

• SKETCH! I draw a sketch & send it to you. revisions allowed in this phase

• BASE COLOR! I will send the base color scheme (revisions for this phase available only in commission with detailed background)

• PROGRESS! I will send the colored artwork as preview

• FINISH! I will send the finished png file to your paypal email
